PALS offers a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your evaluation needs and answer any questions. Our practitioner will reach out to you at the phone number you provide. If you’re seeking an evaluation for your child, they do not need to be present. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed and comfortable with our process before you make any decisions.

Ready to start? Schedule a Virtual Intake Appointment:
All evaluations begin with a virtual intake appointment to discuss your concerns, gather history, and design a personalized testing plan—no prior knowledge of what testing you need is required.
Who is this for? Parents, guardians, or adult clients (optional for youth 16+). We serve individuals up to age 26, as well as older adults with specific learning concerns.
Scheduling & Next Steps: During the intake, we will schedule your in-person testing and feedback sessions. Following the appointment, you will receive a final testing proposal outlining the recommended evaluation and total cost before your in-person testing begins.
Timeline: We aim to complete the entire process within 4 to 6 weeks.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your intake appointment and will be applied to your total evaluation cost.
